Complete Care Pharmacy Wheeler Heights has been providing outstanding pharmacy services to our community for over 55 years. We pride ourselves on our friendly, caring and attentive care. 


We work closely with local GP's including Plateau Family Medicine, Dee Why Family Medical Centre and Pacific Medical Centre as well as the Northern Beaches Hospital. We specialise in providing Scripts on File Reorder Service, Pharmacist Vaccinations and Medical Equipment Sales.

Below, you can upload your prescription directly to our pharmacists.  We will be able to dispense your medicines beforehand so you can be confident it'll be ready when you need it.  

Before the pharmacist finalises supply, the original paper prescription must be received by the pharmacy.  


Once we have dispensed the first prescription - simply keep your repeats on file and manage your monthly supply via our mobile application.  Ask our pharmacists for more information.

Great, so what do I do with my ePrescription?  How do I receive my medicines?

Your GP will send you a token via SMS or email direct to your smartphone or email.

You then take it or send it directly to us via email (ccpwh@completecarepharmacy.com.au) or SMS us on 0427 940 912.

If you have repeats, an updated SMS or email will be sent directly to you for when you need it next.

ePrescriptions are a digital version of your paper prescription.  Instead of receiving a paper prescription, your GP can now send you a Token via email or SMS directly to your smartphone or computer.


Safe, convenient & efficient, ePrescriptions are available for viewing on your digital device (smartphone or computer), for when you need them.  This will save you time and increase medicine safety.

What is an Electronic Prescription?  (ePrescription)?

Electronic prescriptions provide you with convenient access to your medicines here at Complete Care Pharmacy Wheeler Heights 

Electronic prescriptions aren't mandatory and you will have a choice to receive either an electronic or a paper prescription from your prescriber (but not both). Electronic prescriptions will continue to support your right to choose your prescriber and our pharmacy.
